I run in person therapeutic retreats UK and abroad, offering a safe and nurturing space to heal and grow in connection with others. Therapeutic retreats can be a deeply healing and transformative experience, where breakthroughs often happen. You’ll have the opportunity to do one to one therapeutic work as well as group exercises. There’ll be chances to connect and meet new people and get away from the stresses of everyday life, in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. Find out more below.
Inner Child Healing Weekend Retreat UK: 15th-18th October 2026

What to Expect on This Weekend UK Therapy Retreat
This inner child healing retreat is designed to take you on a journey of deep inner exploration and energetic release. Get ready to heal deep parts of yourself that may be holding onto messages and beliefs that keep you stuck in life.
You’ll be lead by me (Rowenna) and a handful of trusted therapists who will guide you through therapeutic exercises to support healing and change. This may include art therapy sessions, yoga, tai chi, sound healing and more.
Healing happens in connection. We are social beings wired for connection and relationships. Being vulnerable and open can be scary, but it is the most powerful way to release shame and develop self-esteem. You’ll be gently guided through exercises and sharing circles to help you connect and go on a healing journey together.
You’ll learn techniques and exercises you can use in everyday life to help you overcome challenges and regulate emotions. Healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum, what you gain form this retreat you’ll be able to apply in real life. Where the real change starts to take shape.
The busy pace of life can make it hard to create time and space for yourself to reflect and grow. This therapy retreat offers an oasis away from the chaos and into a peaceful sanctuary where you can hear yourself think. Integration is a powerful part of the healing process and the days are carefully broken into sections with time for self-reflection and processing.
This retreat offers you the perfect space and time to get back in touch with yourself, disconnect from daily challenges and reset your nervous system. Giving you the time to process and release stuck emotions should allow you to leave feeling recharged, reenergised and ready for a new chapter.
These retreats are kept small to allow for deeper connections and optimal support. There is a maximum of 6 places available for people of all genders.
We book accommodation in one of our beautiful locations in the UK. This year we’ll be staying at a stylish period home in Hertfordshire. You’ll receive all the details and images closer to the time 🙂
There are a mixture of private and shared rooms available. Gender specific sharing is available at a slightly lower rate. Private rooms are available for an extra fee.
If you need a private room for a specific reason please get in touch to discuss. These options are limited and private rooms will be allocated to those who need them for medical or other specific reasons if needed.
All meals are provided and included in retreat package. Each morning we’ll have an opportunity to share a healthy breakfast, lunch and evening meal. All meals are prepared by the hosts and will include fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and/or fish for the carnivores. If you have any dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, allergies etc, please contact me and we will be sure to accommodate your needs.
