Cancellation & Refund Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. My intention is to hold a space that feels both supportive and respectful — for you, and for the time set aside for your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your session.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
• Please note that there may be a handling fee deduction for refunds of payments made by Paypal, as Paypal do not refund fees.

Why this policy is in place

When you book a session, that time is held exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments often cannot be filled at short notice, and this policy helps protect the sustainability of my practice while ensuring fairness to all clients.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your session and have not provided at least 48 hours’ notice, the session will be treated as a late cancellation and will not be refunded.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If this happens, please do reach out — I will always approach these situations with care and understanding wherever possible. Each situation will be reviewed on an individual basis.
