My Training and Background
I’m Rowenna, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Master NLP Coach, specialising in anxiety and trauma informed therapy online, in the UK and abroad.
I hold a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD level 4), which I achieved through my studies at The Quest Institute.
During 2020 I spent a year working for the NHS, offering Hypnotherapy and NLP to patients and staff. I also trained as a Health Coach during this time, and hold a recognised Health Coaching qualification.
My additional trainings include
- Post Induction Therapy: a psychotherapeutic model for working with childhood trauma
- Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT): a model based in EMDR used for emotional issues and trauma
- Parts Therapy: a form of treatment inspired by Gestalt and IFS (internal family systems)

Before retraining as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist in 2019, I was a teacher of art & design for 10 years.
Having grown up in a dysfunctional family home as a child, I struggled with anxiety and panic attacks from a young age.

Amy’s Story: From Fear of Rejection to Emotional Security
